When I setup my forum , i got the "HTTP 500 Internal server error"
What does it mean . How can I fix it

You didn't post enough information to determine what the problem is. If you are using Internet Explorer, open the Tools -> Internet Options, click the advanced tab and uncheck the "show friendly http errors" to get more information in your error message.
