Is it possible to disable new topics and only allow reply's to topics that are already available?

it can be done, but you need to do a lot of changes in order to do it!<

well, I would like to do this too, but only in one individual forum, not all forums !

Don`t know of a normal way to do that, but maybe you can uncomment all lines in topic.asp and forum.asp to
create a new topic. With this, they users can only post a new topic, when entering the correct URL (should
be unlikely).
