Ithought it might be useful for everyone concerned, if people tried to supply a small amount of info regarding their forum/web server when they report a problem.

It's not a moan or a gripe, I just feel people would get a much faster (if that's possible) response if they supplied a few basic pieces of info, like

Forum version, OS, Webserver ......

Thoughts?
