Apparently the forum code choked on my IMG url for the MSN Messenger online indicator... probably because of the @ symbol in my email address (which MSN Messenger uses as my identity). I've created a test page that shows the status correctly at http://www.bigblueball.com/start.asp

It must be my turn to carry the torch for a while. I'm looking into a solution that will indicate online status for the following messengers (the images SHOULD indicate my online status):

  • AIM:

  • MSN: jeff@bigblueball.com" border=0>

  • Yahoo:

  • ICQ:

  • Odigo:

I'll keep y'all posted.

I started to do this... Almost had it working great! Even showed the MSN icon in the post. I got 1 little error and nobody could help me fix it :(

Test Site:

Is it? I don't need the AOL option- I need the MSN Messenger option.
