Posted - 11 June 2009 : 10:40:48 I have uncovered a case where a user from one country gave access to their account to non-user from another country. May be with something like this, it will be easier to spot these kinds of activities. Something like: last IP changed from xxx to xxx. Any thoughts? Thanks |

Posted - 12 June 2009 : 16:47:45 I suggest that you convey to Image what you think of having him hacking into your Snitz account! |

Posted - 12 June 2009 : 16:41:58 HuwR, I understand what you are saying. I have not given my password to anyone. But, someone was able to put a quote and some sentence in my signature space. From what was written the person did this appears to be Image. |

Posted - 11 June 2009 : 11:05:49 you didn't write what quote ?
your account can't be hacked unless a) you gave someone your password b) you have a very easy password to guess or c) you are a member of Images forum and have the same login/password here as you do there.
In answer to your question, just becasue someones IP changes doesn't mean they are a different person. I access this forum from atleast half a dozen different places and even more if I am away from home. |

Posted - 11 June 2009 : 11:05:33 If you have an account on a known Snitz modded version, that would be the source of the hack. It has happened with many members and we even posted a warning about that a while ago. |
