Is it possible to make a PDF (Adobe Acrobat file) appear in a topic like an image?<

You can attach the file and have it show as a link in a post like with the File Sharing MOD at http://www.SnitzBitz.com . The browser isn't a reader though like Adobe Acrobat Reader. Here is an example of a .pdf uploaded and displayed in a post: http://www.cricketscreations.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=399 (this is just a test post and may not be up forever )

no, pdf's do not display that way, you could possibly embed one in an iframe, but most browser wouldn't even do that they would want to download the pdf, so it is not practical to even attempt it<
