Not surew if this has been done before just want to ask a couple questions on best way to go about this.

First I want a member ranking based on a Board Member A Owner and a Renter.

Basically this will never change and will give them this title. I know I can use the usergroups mod to accomplish this. BUt is there a simple way to use the ranking system and only have those 3 levels set and Keep people there no mater how many posts?

Question 2 kind of goes with one.

I am going to change the registration and I want the sex radio buttons to be a radio btton for Owner Renter how or what would be the best way if they select renter then they have to fill out the Owners information.

I am sure I can just use the same DB fields that are already there I am guessing I don't need to change all of that?

I think those are the two main things I am trying to accomplish

THanks All <

To answer your first question, you can set the title for all ranks to be the same (i.e., Board Member) for all members regardless of post count in the ranking configuration of your admin options. Then, when a member is registering, if they select Owner or Renter, you can simply drop the appropriate title into the M_TITLE field when processing the registration.

I'll be back to give your second question a crack later on, when the boozahol wears off, unless someone gets to it before me.
