I'd like to email all users with their username and password.
Any ideas on how to do this?

Okay. . .that sounds like the most "doable" idea.
The "email all users" mod can send their username, and of course it has their email address already.

The email message should contain a link back to "password.asp" so that they can reset their password if needed (if i am correct)?

phy1729 is correct, you can't decode the passwords that are in the db<

Well all passwords are hashed so I don't see how that would be possible.<
