Posted - 16 October 2006 : 09:23:33 Hello all. Forgive me I'm new here and I have done a search but still can't find the answer to my question. It has been answered in the past the the links to the varios mods don't work :(
I'd like to allow users to upload images not just the url to an image. Can anyone point me in the right direction. It would be greatly appreciated!
I'm using 3.4.06 with an Access backend on IIS 5.0.
Tks,
Tom

No, it won't but I have posted changes to the mod here that will do that; a quick search should unearth them.

That is correct, not by default it won't. You have to modify the post a little after the image uploads.
I made a little tutorial that anyone is welcome to steal borrow. Just put the images on your own server.

You'll have to take out ... quote: Note: There is no need to try to create a "click to enlarge" link. The forum software will do it automagically.
unless you have the image resize mod installed.

Posted - 16 October 2006 : 09:26:33 There are a number of file attachment mods available in the mod forums here and on this site. Personally, I recommend Mike's File Attachment Mod.
