Hey...

Cud anyone please work on a "reputation points" mod... Many forums have that... Wat basically it does is, u have an icon in each reply to a topic(just as all other icons are placed).. You can click on that icon to award reputation point to the member if you liked his post and found it useful... This way the members keep gaining reputation and it encourages members to be active and come up with quality posts... Same way, members can also be given "negative" reputaion if they post someting objectionable... The moderators and admins can also award and receive reputations...

The points system can be this way:
1 Rep from Admin means that you get 100 Reputation points.
1 Rep from a Mod means that you get 50 Reputation points.
1 Rep from a member means that you get 5 Reputation points.

There is something called REPUTATION POINT and something called a REPUTATION POWER. You can give reputation point based on the Reputation Level or Power you are in. The more reputation points you get, the more is your reputation power.

For example, when you reach 500 reputation points your reputation power increases from level 1 to level 2, At that time , every Reputation you spread will be from 10 to 30 .

* For every 60 number of days, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power - set at 60 days. i.e. every 2 months you are a member of the forum, you get one extra point of reputation power.
* For every 100 number of posts, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power - set at 100 i.e. for every 100 posts you make, you get one extra point of reputation power.
* For every 250 points of reputation, users gain 1 point of reputation-altering power - set at 250 i.e. if you get 100 reputation points, you get one extra point of reputation power.
* How many posts must a user have before his reputation hits count on others - set at 25 i.e. only members with 25 posts and above can give reputation points to others.
* How much reputation must a user have before his reputation hits count on others - set at 20 (the default reputation everybody starts with is 5 so your opinions count immediately) i.e. members must have at least 20 reputation points before they can give reputation points to other members.
* How many reputation clicks can a user give over each 24 hour period? (Administrators are exempt from this limit) - set at 10 i.e. in 24 hours, a member/moderator can only give reputation points to 10 members.
* How many different users must you give reputation to before you can hit the same member again with reputation
set at 5 i.e. in 24 hours, a member/moderator has to give reputation to 5 other members before he can give rep to same member again .<

There is a mod out there that let your users vote on eachother's profiles. Maybe you can work on that one?

Could anyone work on this mod please? even if in not so much detail, could anyone just make a basic mod where members, mods and admins can assign reputations - positive and negative - 5,50 and 100 respectively... don worry about reputation levels n all rite now...
