Is there a software package or program that supports reputation points that can be used on a Snitz forum?

It is a program that allows members to "rate" other members by clicking on a button and voting, negative or positive, based on posts and responses.
Not mandatory, just optional, but available if anyone wants to "vote" ....allowing members to have high counts if they are exceptional in responding or others who may not be as active.
That way, a member will know more about the poster....
Some forums have that option, just not sure if it is a program or software.
