Hi all,
Sometime ago I tried to exploit Snitz 2000 as a forum facility on our website. That did not get the interest as was expected.
These weblogs or blogs are the "thing", but in my view it is not much different than what Snitz is offering. I could be totally wrong of course.
Has Snitz 2000 been exploited in the way of a weblog et all? I am very much interested in peoples experiences if that has been done.

Rgrds,
Pieter

And as an example:

Also if you really want to build one, then the hardest things I bumped into are well documented
in these forums.

ILLHILL (or something like that) modified some of the files to make his Snitz forum a forum and a blog. The differences between the two are a whole other discussion...

But with either one, it takes time to build a community. Warsong Records has been up for a year now and we're just now starting to get some membership. The general consensus is that it can take anywhere from no time to 3 years to get a good community going... just depends on what you're trying to do, if you've already got a ready group of people, and other odd bits.<

Yes, there is a user here that has hacked it pretty well into a blog. I can't remember who though. Do some searches you'll find him.
