Marcel, I was told that to get the full raise at my next performance evaluation, I needed to have "involvement in a professional organization." I asked if an open-source project counted, and they said it did. So I can post at work (within limits) and its part of what they asked me to do. Not to mention that I'm a bit of an insomniac at times...< |
