Posted - 10 October 2006 : 12:20:31 ICQ has changed their web icq page again. We updated it here already, but realized I didn't post the changes. Will post it in a few minutes.
ICQ now has there own page to send an icq message from. So all you need to do is load the following url. http://www.icq.com/people/webmsg.php?to=ICQNUMBER&from=NAME&fromemail=EMAIL
You can change the javascript that opens the pop_messenger.asp window, and let it open this page instead, making sure you pass the icq number and other parameters along in the url.<
