While looking for someone in 'Members', I found two entries with only email addresses that I had definitely not approved. They both had (different) Russian emails endings. I deleted them both and as a precaution decided to change my password. No problem with logging in to the forum as a user but I was unable to log in as admin - "incorrect password" message. Tried everything but the only remedy was to reset my password to my original one.
Am I missing something, being dumb or should I be concerned?

Are you attempting an upgrade from classic asp or a new MVC install?
I posted an update to the MVC v2 download if that helps, if not post any issues you are having and I will take a look.

Huw
I am still running 3.4.07 whilst trying to figure out how to get the MVC version going.

I think I have found the answer to the password issue. Whilst the forum accepts 'special' characters in a password the forum admin password will not.

I am still puzzled by how those two entries were created though.
