You needed to install the database fields first before copying over the code. In your config.asp file, every poll code you inserted in there, put a ' in front of it, to comment it out. Then install the database fields by going to the mod_dbsetup.asp file and selecting "Slemmies Poll". After it installs you can remove the ' from in front of the poll mod code in the config.asp file, and it will be ok.
Or if you don't feel confident in messing with the config.asp file you can send it to me and I'll edit it and send it back to you.
Looks like your server doesn't support the FSO object. I would have to create a custom setup script for you to install the database fields. That's gonna take some time. You might want to hold off installing the poll mod and delete the poll mod code from your files until I create the install script for you.
