What the hell, my site got hacked 7 days ago, just found out now. Google search showed a page that when clicking on it get's redirected to a pharma store. Where should I look? Any idea how to fix this?

With the information given no, need more detail, do you have a url we can look at might help determine what is going on.

You need to type in google first, then search through google. Do not go through the address bar.

Also, it only seems to happen when clicking on it through google. Copying the page links directly keeps me on my site.

You may want to check over files in case they changed anything else, or upload a new copy if you have a backup
