Could someone share the BB code to open a link in new window?
I have an image plus text, along with my link, like this below (minus the spaces, of course) but it doesn't work.
[url ="http://www.mylink.com" target="_blank" ][img ]https://www.mypiclink.jpg[ /img][ br][ b]Click here![/b ][/url ]

All simple links (external to your forum) should open in new tabs/windows.

the behaviour of how forum links open is set in the admin options rather than in the code tags

I did the small mod to make all links open in the same window. But isn't there code for just a link inserted in a post to force it to open in a new window?
