Seems the site is down, with a database error:
Provider error '80004005'Sent an email to tech support to hear what they say. Not sure how long the site has been down. Carefree is the #1 active user of the site and I haven't seen him complain about it.

Yeah, tech support hasn't even responded. Not that I was putting much hope that they would respond within 24 hours.

They emailed me a while ago saying they found the problem and assured me it will be fixed soon.

I didn't complain because I knew that you'd get around to it eventually without my 2 cents. It's been down 5-6 days.
