The Forum has been Updated

This happened last week while visiting these forums.
I was going through the forums with new posts (I don't use active topics) and the icons were correct on forum.asp until I got to this forum. All the icons new posts. I then went back to the other forums and they were all new posts.
Well it just happened again today, only it's just in one forum (mods w/code) which was fine a while ago.
I'm still logged in.
I'm just curious, does anyone know what could cause this?
