well, I would imagine the same person that did the hacking 
this is the number one reason I hate wikipedia, there is no ownership or control of data and therfore anyone can post anything about anything whether or not it is true.<

I have now removed the bogus claim that all forums were hacked on the 29th september<

there are several articles that you can't edit
they are protected and what is written is the true... and nothing but the true
