How would I allow a guest (non registered) to post a message through a form on my site (non-forum section)?
Thanks<

there's the anonymous posting mod if you search but I don't know of any that take it off the forum... seems itd be a bit of a large and pointless task to me, well... maybe not that large but still pointless... why do you need it off your forum?<

Definitely not pointless or I wouldn't be asking for it. We want to use the forums for feedback on our CFR-TV episodes. www.cfr-tv.com as you can see, the form goes directly to an email. Instead, we would like it to post an anonomous message on the forum.<

What I would suggest there, then, is installing one of the anonymous posting mods, as Jez' suggested, only allowing anonymous posting in the particular forum you want the feedback posted to and then linking visitors to post.asp instead of your current form - that'd be the easiest solution.

Search is your friend “I was having a mildly paranoid day, mostly due to the
fact that the mad priest lady from over the river had
taken to nailing weasels to my front door again.”

Shaggy,
Thanks!
So, what "rules" would I have to follow with the form itself? What would I name the fields, etc etc...
Thanks<

i think what shaggy meant was to not use a custom form simply link to post.asp for the forum/topic you created for it.<
