Has anyone installed the Classifieds mod that is available. I have but I am trying find out if there has been any changes to the upload part of the mod. I would like to make it a little mors user friendly for kids when it comes to uploading pics. The web address that is in the readme no longer works. I got the mod from SnitzBitz and it says go to Ryans site but it no longer works.

I solved the prob. I put in a comand from mikes mod and it solved the prblem<

Is there a support Forum for this Mod??
My Questions are is there an admin option for approving ads before being, made public?
What would code be for adding it as a catogory item?

This is the 3.4.xx version of Mikes File Attachement mod. Upload images or files where you specify the type and the size with out the need for commonents.

BUT,.... does anyone know If I can set the classified mod so that posts have to be approved by Admin before they are made public? (Like in the main Forum)

Yes it can be done, including allowing uploads of images as I had done here: Sports Fish Australia.

I can not share the code as the guy from the site paid me for the work and he owns it, but it is possible to do.<

I now know everything about sports fishing. wink
But,... Is there anyoneout there that can share the code or point me in the direction of a mod for this mod, which apart from the lack of admin options seems to work quite well.

I think TonyB7 was referring to asking the guy at Sports Fish Austrlia.
I am sure if you got someone to do some paid work for you, then you would not want them to share that code that you have just paid for. This is why I can not share it, as he owns that code I put together for him. shock<

Heh. Well, I guess Dave's not going to volunteer to ask him then.smile One of us is going to have to register on his forums and send him mail. Let's flip a coin.
I see little contact info, so I'm assuming we want to email the admin, at least he should be able to tell us who might own the code.<
