How do you move a topic from one forum to another?
ie.. likemoving this topic to say, the answered forum.

1. You have to be an Admin or a Moderator. 2. You have an icon that you see on the right of the post that you click, and you then can move the whole topic. That icon is the edit post icon.

Ok i am a mod in all the forums i click the edit button and i see no where where it tells me i can move the topic.. is there something thast need to be enabled in the admin section for this function?

No, just change the Forum field (it should be a dropdown box)<
