is there an add on that I need to give the ability to mark every post with a - "email me when my post is replied to?" - I see you don't have the facility on this forum either?<

It's a standard feature called "subscriptions", using "subscribe to topic" icons, links and checkboxes on the various pages. A lot of forums don't offer that option due to the stress it puts on the server and amount of time it takes to send the emails once the forums get big.<
