I've just finished setting up the Snitz forum, which is working really well - an excellent piece of software. However, one last thing isn't working - the email functionality. I've checked with our ISP, and I've selected the correct mailer (AB Mailer), and the correct mailserver. I've also requested that they update the MDAC (whatever that is!) as I looked up this problem before on the Snitz forum, and that was what the advice was.
Whenever a new user joins, they do not receive an email to confirm their email address, even though I've set this up in the admin options. And when I try to change the email address of a user, this error message comes up:

"Microsoft VBScript runtime error
'800a01b6' Object doesn't support this property or method: 'strFromName.FromName'

/forum/inc_mail.asp, line 48"

I haven't modified inc_mail.asp at all, so really don't know what the problem is, and our ISP say they've done all they can.
Anyone got any ideas? Any help much appreciated.
