Here is a screen shot of Active Topic page. https://screenshots.firefox.com/Xiuh6KxCEtGQ46i4/forum.snitz.com
The since last visit time is different than the one inside the drop down box. I came here earlier and know there was a new reply made since my last visit. But not 100% sure on it.

haven't been able to replicate the different dates issue,, so not sure what caused that.
Missing reply could have been related to the clock change here, it's possible on your return you arrived before your post smile (hopefully I have fixed that now)

Will test this some more. But is there a way to change the time-zone offset or is this calculated automatically?

I just visited the Active Topics page using Chome in Incognito mode. The difference in hours between the 2 times are 5 hours. And I am in the -5 UTC timezone. The time in the drop down box at the top left seems to reflect my last visit. The one in the body of the page seems to be showing just UTC?
