I have been using Homesite to do my ASP coding for so many years, but since I have upgraded to Windows 7 x64, I think it's time I found a more updated program to do my coding in.
What tools are you guys using to do your classic ASP and ASP.NET programming in?
I see Visual Studio 2010 from Microsoft is pretty popular, but was looking to see if there were others out there.

Notepad++ and Visual Studio for asp & dotnet. VS rocks.
Netbeans for Java and php.

I still use EditPlus for asp, but I do use Visual Studio 2010 for .net stuff. The latest VS version is great, indeed.

for C# I just use the Visual Studio built-in editor.
For everything else, I use PSPad.

Ok ok, I see a trend here. VS is the tool to have if doing any .net programming. I downloaded the express version for web development, but seems like it is missing the basic tools for any kind of editing. Guess the express version is a really really stripped down version.
Notepad++ looks good, as well as PSPad.

The express version should have pretty much everything you need, I built the .net version of Snitz using the express version.
I use VS and still use homesite occasionally

I use Notepad++ for everything (or regular ol' Notepad if I'm not on one of my own machines). Also occasionally use Regular Expression Designer when a RegEx is giving me hassle.
Search is your friend “I was having a mildly paranoid day, mostly due to the
fact that the mad priest lady from over the river had
taken to nailing weasels to my front door again.”

I'm still using my copy of Dreamweaver MX 2004 (in code view, not the hideous, code mangling design view).
I also keep a portable copy of Notepad++ on my thumbdrive just in case. smile
