The Forum has been Updated
The code has been upgraded to the latest .NET core version. Please check instructions in the Community Announcements about migrating your account.
It's that time again when I decide to upgrade the poll mod once more. It's a popular mod that's a must have for any forum.
So what's happening for the next version? Well, I am planning to incorporate some of your ideas that you have suggested since the last mod. Here is what I have on my list of new features.
1. Time Set Poll - allows you to set a closing time for each poll. (Will incorporate cripto9t's add-on for this. Thanks cripto9t.)
2. Expand Show Who Voted feature - should allow you to see who voted for what answer. Also make it public or private. Public will allow anyone to see who voted for what. Private will prevent anyone from seeing who voted. 3. Checkbox Answers - in addition to radio-boxes, can have polls that use check boxes instead. It will allow members to vote for multiple answers.
I think that's it. You guys have any more REASONABLE suggestions for new features or suggestions to improve the current mod?<

The members will have the choice of using radio buttons or check boxes for thier poll. If you're asking for an admin option to turn off that option for them, sure. No biggy.

If the poll is private, so that users can't see who voted for what, it would be nice for the admins or admins/moderators to have the option of seeing what the votes were. Have those options configurable in the admin control panel.<

No more opinions? Guess I'll hear what everyone would like to see in the poll mod after version 3 comes out. lol Too little too late.
