How or Where do you change the link to the logo that's located at the top left hand corner of the screen?<

The link is set in admin options, where you specify the address of your forums.<

I tried changing the link to something different but it when i submit my changes it still has the logo linked to the forum page. I'm trying to change the link under the "Main Forum Config" in the Admin options. Am I in the right place?<
