Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment: 'getStar_Level'

This is whats on line 144: Response.Write " " & getStar_Level(strMLevel, strMPosts) & "<br>" & vbNewLine
The line above it looks familiar: if strShowRank = 2 or strShowRank = 3 then
I believe i saw it in one of these:
1. config.asp
2. admin_config_ranks.asp
3. inc_func_member.asp
4. topic.asp
5. members.asp
6. pop_config_help.asp
Someone know what to do here!<
