Not currently. We have been trying to make one, but I think people got discouraged because 3.4 will be slightly different and we dont wan't to have to re-make the manual when 3.4 comes out.

There is one isn't there? You just have to click on the question mark when you have a question on what it does, and it will come up with a quick help. That's sorta like your online manual.
