Can someone help me? Changed a line in inc.header.asp and since then I got a 401 error, changed the file back to it's previous version, still a 401 error. Contacted the provider, they said they reset authentication, but it's 24 hours now, still shows a 401 error....?

sounds like file permissions have been lost maybe

would this be something i would have to fix? if so, where do i need to look? or is it on the providers end? entering tge 4th day and they keep telling me it takes 24 hours to fix all the time,...? 4 days later same thing.
