I've rewritten Podge's MOD to include an Admin panel. You can add and remove files from the sitemap, as well as change the priority and change frequency of just about everything.
It's available at SnitzBitz.
I've tested the MOD on MySQL, but it should work with any database. If you find any errors or have any questions, post here or in this topic.<

I've updated the zip file at SnitzBitz. There was a problem with the DBS file. It should be fixed and working now.<

Thanks a lot for the share...
However, I'd have a few suggestions, both to you and Podge;

First of all... 1. Large Forums really eat CPU and RAM for Google try to get all topics etc if you want all your topics listed (or time outs etc.)
2. Therefor need seperate Sitemap for limited number of topics (such as 500 for each)
3. But Google supports "Sitemap Index" file for multiple sitemaps to be created...
What if you expand the sitemap mod for:
- Having an sitemap index file that links to various dynamic sitemaps. - Dynamic sitemaps to include all your topics and archieves in number of rows limited

Which will not force SQL server to give large amount of data at a time instead giving tinier chunks of sitemaps but fills the purpose and letting Google to know every single forum page.
What do you say? -<
