I have finally gotten around to packaging up the MOD that I posted here. I've got a complete readme file this time, so feedback on the instructions are appreciated.
For those who didn't read the original topic, this MOD adds a separator bar between the regular topics in a forum and the sticky topics, giving more visual distinction to the stickies.

Thanks. At my new job I have more flexibility with my time. I also have been learning a *lot* about proper documentation (probably more than anyone should really have to know
