Well, it's been on the back burner for quite some time, but I've decided to tidy up and release v1.0 of my Snitz portal to the public. I still expect to find a few bugs, but the feature list is complete for now. I'll give it some time before I start adding things in, since I want to be able to give people the opportunity to test and use the portal.
Here is a list of the MODs installed:
So, without further adieu, here is the download link.Eternal Second Snitz Portal v1.0

Muzishun just loaded this using a MSSQL database I will let you know of any errors. this is the first one I have that is displaying at the bottom of the admin section for the user groups mod.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e37'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid object name 'FORUM_USERGROUPS'.
/esportal/admin_usergroups.asp, line 526
I will have a look around and see what else I can find.
Here is another on when I click on the active topics link.
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e14'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Invalid column name 'T_ISPOLL'.
/esportal/active.asp, line 314
I am getting a bunch of these all over I cannot seem to find the dbs files or anyway to install the mods or was this done in the normal install?

On the initial setup.asp run, there should have been a message that led you to the MOD setup to run the DBS file to get all the MOD tables and settings up and running. The dbs file should be in the zip.<

Yeah that was it not reading very carefully as I was half asleep. Saw it and all works well now. Was going to just goto the mod setup page but for some reason I just kept looking for a file I couldn't see Looks good will report anything I see with the MSSQL database

Everything is looking really good. But when clicking on the custom policy link in the admin options I get the page cannot be found went to look for the page in the download and it doesn't exist: admin_policy.asp<

Is this the CSS'd/XHTML version you were working on earlier?<
Posted
Yeah, this is the one. The whole thing should be valid CSS/XHTML 1.0 Strict. If you find any pages that aren't, the mistake is on your end (
j/k). As for the admin_policy.asp file, that is indeed missing... very odd. I'll get that fixed and repost a new zip file tonight. As I (think I) said before, this project actually sat on the back burner for awhile, but I went back and fixed up everything I could find the past couple days and finalized it so I could get something out there for public use.<

Looks great the only thing I really see it missing is the site integration mod. Or at least I didn't notice that one but to be honest it was late and I don't remember exactly now.
But looks great.<

Does the setup.asp override the existing forum even if a separate database and a separate forum folder are used? This seems to be the case! Can you tell me what this code does please?
Thank You :-)<
