The Forum has been Updated
The code has been upgraded to the latest .NET core version. Please check instructions in the Community Announcements about migrating your account.
On my site I run it for a local group of mine and a general gaming community were thousands of people comment all the time (well not THAT much but there are that many people)
Can you make a version of the forums you don't have to register(you don't have to but registering ensures your name isn't used by an imposter)? that logs IP addresses that only moderators or admins can see it and you can ban a specific names from being used (or block IP's as well) ?
is this a direction SNITZ will move tword?

Even though it has been requested a couple of times before, this is not something I think is going to be included soon.
It would take a quite extensive re-write of some code-parts to make it sellectable (admin needs to be able to allow/disallow it), add all the needed checks if you also want to allow registered users (i.e. for moderator business), but ofcourse want to make sure those names can't be used by users that post anonymous etc. etc.
