Cannot upgrade from version 1 or 2
Upgrading from version 3
Download and extract all files to your forum directory, then run admin_mod_dbsetup.asp And select 'Upgrade from version x' where x is the last version you have installed (only upgradable from version 3 and 3.3.03). After running admin_mod_dbsetup.asp you should be able to access your guestbook, just remember to provide a link to it from inc_top.asp. No changes to other files are necassary.
If you are installing for the first time - download and extract to your forum folder. run admin_mod_dbsetup.asp from your browser, and select 'GuestBook Addon' from the drop down menu, and click Update. Everything should be fine, you can administer and change the welcome message using the link provided, as long as you are logged in as the administrator.
