What is a reliable web site that calculates the worth of domain names?

I am interested in selling a domain name, but I am unsure of how to figure the worth of the domain name.

I have never seen one even close. Half of them tell me my site is worth what it earns in two weeks.

Have you done a Google search: domain name valuation calculator

I am sure that most people when they are done with a domain they just let it expire (well I do) for the next person.
