There will be some disruption and downtime to the forum over the next couple of weeks as I am migrating all my stuff to a new virtual server (more ram and more processors, so should help alleviate the strain when the server is busy.

The first thing I will do is move the database to the new server over the weekend, so there will be some downtime while that occurs, hopefully once the db is moved the website can just be moved without further disruption.

I will keep you posted

I will be migrating the database to the new server tonight (UK time probably around 23:00) hopefully the site won't be down too long, but it is a fairly hefty database so may take a little while to ship it over

database now moved, so hopefully there shouldn't be any more downtime as the site is set up on both servers. Will give Mike a shout later and get him to change the DNS
