I am looking for a mod to split a topic by giving it a different name when the response is not appropriate.

I haven't looked at it for compatibility, but it should be very close if not exact. The files regarding topic handling weren't changed much between 3.4.06 and 3.4.07 versions.

I postponed the code split the page post_info.asp exite since 3.407 that the mod page is an old version of 3.405 and there are script errors.
It would have to upgrade to version 3.407 of post_info.asp.
Other pages of the mod works, must see. I know nothing about programming
