I am trying to figure out how to put margins to split each forum and category apart so there is a 20px margin on top but no where else?

I have removed all cell padding as I don't want any borders and I can't seem to get it to work.

THis has been bugging me for about 2 hours now anyone know this before I spen another 2 hours.<

I just went about putting a class on the tables and setting the height in a stylesheet. Thanks<
