It's a very strange coincidence: the logs of the sites show that the last successful accesses to the sites had been done just a few minutes before I updated the forum.
Anyway, I have now restarted the server (the good old method of turning off/on which is so common in Windows o.s....) and it seems that everything is working correctly. Probably some setting or data had been cached somewhere.
