I like to disable the icon for sending email for normal users, how can i do this ?<

Unless you want to disable all forum related email (registration confirmation included), you will have to change code for that.<

yes sure, can someone help me doing this...

I want to remove the post icon on my forum for normal users, not for moderator and admin
