While I was editing the EMail search program, I dug out the IP search program I worked on about 4 years ago and brought it up to date. The ARIN tracing routine was disabled & the Blackcode site closed down. So I used a new one that works better than any other I've seen. I think you'll be pleased.

Cheers, it looks very good, but almost every IP I click on returns
"unknown country and unknown city"< |

That's odd. Maybe this site doesn't search outside the USA & I'll have to switch it to another.< |

I've looked at about 30 of them so far; almost all either report the physical address of the ISP (worthless) or use encrypted submission in PHP (doesn't help much either).
Still looking for one that will function in the UK.< |

Ok - may have a winner.
On line 409, change it to say:
It's not as clean as the one I used before, but if it works for the UK, it'll be better.< |

That stinks. Oh well, back to the search. If anyone knows of one we can incorporate, feel free to post it....< |

No, Sam Spade is as bad as using any of the whois services - they report all customers of AOL as being at AOL's headquarters, customers of Road Runner as being at Road Runner's headquarters, etc. They might as well not bother.< |

IP Search has been completely rewritten, everything now functions the way it should (ascending/descending sorting, name filters, etc.).
