Sorry, don't have time to go throught it with you step by step at the moment, or ICQ installed.
Start with unzipping all the files to a directory on you pc.
Upload them all to a directory on the webserver.
Other steps depend a bit on what you are using for database: Access, MySql, SQL Server -> please post the answer to that in the other topic.
If you use Access, important is: does the ISP have a special directory setup for you for databases ? -> please post the answer to that in the other topic.
Take a look in the config.asp file, see if you understand the needed changes there, try to make them, re-upload that file and see what happens when you enter the url to the forum (like http://myserver.com/forum/). If it throws an error, what is the error.
