Description:
Modification to incorporate DoppelMe avatars to Snitz forums.
Allows users to have fully customised avatars in in the forums and on their profile page

Benefits/Features

* Users have fully customisable avatars
* No upload components required (ready to run straight out of box)
* No security issues since users dont upload files to your server or pass in URLs to remote files
* No burden on forum owner to moderate avatars.
* Avatars resized without distortion
* Avatars can be be colored to fit in with forum skin
* Improved profile avatar for users
* Simple admin interface

Background:
Mod inspired by avatar mod(Richard Kinser, adapted by Hamlin)
