I am editing active.asp and i'd like to show a small snippet from the most recent reply. I am having trouble wrapping my head around how to get the sql to grab this. If there are no replies yet, it has to grab the original post. If there are replies, it should grab the most recent.
I don't know if it will help you or not but I asked about a small javascript pop up that shows the post without going in. I will see if I can track th is down as Shaggy pointed me to the link. But I think you could modify this to do what you wanted.<
