Is there a way to get a Report to Moderator feature working where the moderators could then just action the list of complaints and once actioned the complaint would go off the list, but still be able to be read in the future ?

The only reason WWS doesn't "officially" provide support for this mod is simply because he was not the original author of it - if you do need any help with it, just post in the MOD Implementation forum, as Tribal' suggested, and someone will provide you with assistance.
