Yes,
You will have to edit admin_avatar_settings.asp in the original Avatar Mod.
The Sub Routine you need to edit is DoLittleDropDownThings() on line 133.
Add your new width and height to the correct places.< |

I've confirmed this. As admin, I see my Private avatars just fine, but nobody else can see anything when they go to forum/frmAvatarMain.asp?Select=Private&method=Main
I dunno if it's relevant, but my: avatarFolderPath = "../pics/avatars/" privateFolderName = "Private"
Hi Zuel - awesome mod. I've implemented it on the forum I now look after with about 5000 members and it has transformed it - thanks.
However, I also have the fault that Tony mentioned above. I checked your test forum and as tester it works fine, but looking closer I noticed that tester has admin rights. So I logged on as tester2 and found that your site has the exact same problem - a normal user can't get to their personal avatars and delete them, so when they hit their max limit, they are stuck.
Also, another bug I have noticed on both my site and your test site is that image files with a space in the name do not show when viewing any category, however they do show in the profile. You can see their name in the category view, but not the picture. Is this fixable as well?< |

Does the list of avatars in review/edit avatars even matter? Before I added this mod, there was one entry per avatar and you could reserve an avatar for a member, meaning that avatar wouldn't show up in the user list. Has the uploading of personal avatars replaced this functionality?
Is there any way around the avatar-assigment issue? Edit the table manually, I suppose?< |

An addtional question - can we reserve avatars for members if they were uploaded by us (admins) and not the user?< |

The mod is ready and works. It just has some bugs that need to be worked out.< |
This account was hacked into by Image, a very honest guy as you all can see! Stealing people's passwords is his pasttime. Beware of this, before you register at his forums! |

Until users can delete the avatars they upload I think I'd agree it's unfinished. I could probably settle for admins not being able to upload & assign avatars for users, now that we can at least reset their avatars.
If I ever get around to upgrading to 3406 I'm not going to install avatars until this code is more complete.< |
